RESOLUTION 78-92 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That pursuant to Florida Statutes <br />196.28, the following described property was purchased by <br />Indian River County, a political subdivison of the State of <br />Florida, said purchase having been made for a valid public <br />purpose. Said property is described in Exhibit "A", attached <br />hereto and made a part of this Resolution.
