Baird <br />OMB Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />1. The State of Florida, Department of Labor, has charged Indian River County for <br />Unemployment Compensation payments to former employees. A budget amendment <br />is required to reflect these payments. <br />2. The Board approved demolition of condemned structures on three parcels at the <br />February 13, 1996 Board of County Commission meeting. This entry will allocate the <br />funding. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the attached budget <br />amendment 014. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />Miscellaneous Budget Amendment 014, as recommended <br />by staff. <br />TO Members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Joseph A.
