FIRST RENEWAL TO SUBLEASE AGREEMENT <br />THIS FIRST RENEWAL TO SUBLEASE AGREEMENT ("First Renewal") is entered <br />into this 31 day of January , 2023, by Indian River County, Florida, a political <br />subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is 1800 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida <br />("County"), and Senior Resource Association, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation, <br />formerly known as Council on Aging, Inc., whose address is 694 14th Street, Vero Beach, <br />FL 32960 ("SRA"). <br />BACKGROUND RECITALS: <br />WHEREAS, the Parties entered into a Sublease Agreement ("Sublease") dated July <br />1, 2017, for use of the Main Hub on City owned land located at 1225 16th Street, Vero <br />Beach, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, the term of the Sublease was for five years in order to provide the <br />Tenant with use of the Main Hub for passenger operations; and <br />WHEREAS, the Parties desire to extend the term of the Sublease nunc pro tunc for <br />an additional three years; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and <br />sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, and intending to be legally bound hereby, the <br />parties hereby agree as follows: <br />1. Recitals. The above recitals are true and incorporated as a part of this document <br />by reference herein. <br />2. Extension. The term of the Sublease dated July 1, 2017 is hereby extended an <br />additional three years, now terminating on June 30, 2025. <br />4. Existing Terms and Conditions.
