RESOLUTION NO. 2022 - <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, that any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the <br />following described lands which were donated to Indian River County from <br />Fallaw Broadus Sowell and Louise V. LaDow as Co -Trustees of the <br />Broadus F. and Patricia B. Sowell Revocable Trust dated August 13, 2008 <br />for a Right-of-Way/Dry Retention Stormwater Treatment System, are hereby <br />cancelled pursuant to the authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br />See Special Warranty Deed describing lands, <br />recorded in O.R. Book 1372, Page 2475 of the <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner , and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner , and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows; <br />Commissioner Joseph H. Earman <br />Commissioner Susan Adams <br />Commissioner Joseph E.
