RESOLUTION NO. 79-2 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County desires to make new <br />recommendations for appointments to the TREASURE COAST <br />REGIONAL PLANNING COUNCIL; and <br />WHEREAS, the Indian River County Commission, at its <br />organizational meeting on January 10, 1979, decided on <br />recommendations for representation on the TREASURE COAST <br />REGIONAL PLANNING COUNCIL; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That the <br />following persons are recommended as Indian River County <br />Representative or Alternate, as the case me, to the TREASURE <br />COAST REGIONAL PLANNING COUNCIL: <br />1. PATRICK B. LYONS Representative <br />R. DON DEESON Alternate <br />2. WILLARD W. SIEBERT, JR. Representative <br />ALMA LEE LOY Alternate <br />3. EDWARD J. NOLAN Municipal Representative <br />EARL E.
