RESOLUTION NO. 79-9 <br />Be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, that the Chairman is authorized to execute on behalf of Indian River <br />County, a License Agreement with the Florida East Coast Railway Company for a <br />subgrade twelve (12) inch water main crossing of Railway's right of way and under <br />its tracks on the south side of 49th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, said water main <br />to be encased according to engineering specifications and to be located under the <br />railroad track centerline at a point 2,216 feet south of Milepost No. 224, as <br />measured from Jacksonville, Florida, <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the 10th day of January <br />1979. <br />Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida <br />By: <br />Attest: L,� t +l cam_ ����JJ <br />
