Gentile, <br />Civil Engineer <br />SUBJECT: As -Built Resolution & Assessment Roll for Paving and Drainage <br />Improvements to: <br />1) 61st Avenue in Diana Park Subdivision <br />DATE: February 19, 1996 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The paving of the above road has been completed. The final assessment is as follows: <br />Preliminary Estimates <br />$62,115.52 - 100% <br />$46,586.64 - 75% <br />(24 Parcels) <br />$1,941.11/per Parcel <br />Final, Cost <br />$58,535.22 - 100% <br />$44,779.44 - 75%*, <br />(24 Parcels) <br />$1,865.81/per Parcel <br />*This figure includes 2% Tax Collector's fee. <br />The final assessment roll has been prepared and is ready to be delivered to the Clerk to the <br />Board.
