RESOLUTION NO. 79-73
<br />WHEREAS, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER
<br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, has been requested to release the following ease-
<br />ments, to -wit:
<br />and
<br />Those certain public utility and drainage easements
<br />lying on the side lot lines between Lots 12, 13, 14,
<br />15 and 16, Block A, Oslo Park, Unit 3, according to
<br />the plat recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 19, public re-
<br />cords of Indian River County, Florida; and
<br />That certain public utility and drainage easement ly-
<br />ing on the side lot line between Lots 1 and 2, Block
<br />F, Oslo Park, Unit 3, according to the plat recorded
<br />in Plat Book 4, Page 19, public records of Indian
<br />River County, Florida;
<br />WHEREAS, said side lot line easements were dedicated on the
<br />Plat of OSLO PARK, UNIT 3 for public utility and drainge purposes;
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements has been
<br />submitted in proper form;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
<br />MISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following side
<br />lot line easements in OSLO PARK, UNIT 3, shall be released, abandoned
<br />and vacated as follows:
<br />Those certain public utility and drainage easements
<br />lying on the side lot lines between Lots 12, 13, 14,
<br />15 and 16, Block A, Oslo Park, Unit 3, according to
<br />the plat recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 19, public re-
<br />cords of Indian River County, Florida; and
<br />That certain public utility and drainage easement ly-
<br />ing on the side lot line between Lots 1 and 2, Block
<br />F, Oslo Park, Unit 3, according to the plat recorded
<br />in Plat Book 4, Page 19, public records of Indian
<br />River County, Florida.
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of
<br />County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be, and they
<br />are hereby, authorized and directed to execute a release of said
<br />lot line easements hereinabove referred to in a form proper for re-
<br />cording and placing in the public records of Indian River County,
<br />Florida.
