.t <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-89 <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor after tentatively ascertaining <br />the proposed budget policies of the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, for the fiscal year commencing <br />on the first day of October., 1979 and ending on the thirtieth <br />day of September, 1980, as they relate to Federal Revenue <br />Sharing Funds, did prepare and present to the Board a tentative <br />budget for said fiscal year for said Funds as provided by law, <br />including all estimated receipts, and balances expected to be <br />brought forward, and all estimated expenditures, reserves and <br />balances to be carried over at the end of said fiscal year; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, upon receipt of the tentative budget for Federal <br />Revenue Sharing Funds and the completion of all revisions made <br />by the Board, the Board did prepare a statement summarizing <br />the tentative budget for said Funds. The summary statement <br />did show the balances, the reserves and the total of each <br />major classification of receipts and expenditures according <br />to the classification of accounts prescribed by the appropriate <br />state agency. The Board did cause said summary statement to <br />be advertised as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board did hold a public hearing for the purpose <br />of hearing requests and complaints from the public regarding the <br />proposed use and expenditure of Federal Revenue Sharing Funds <br />and did make whatever revisions in the budget it deemed <br />necessary; and <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Revenue Sharing Budget is summarized <br />as follows: <br />
