NO: 425308 <br />SECTION: 88000-3607 <br />COUNTY ROAD NO: <br />FEDERAL PROJECT NO: SOS -0004(34) <br />LOCATION DESCRIPTION: Hobart Road <br />AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREk:MEN'r, made and entered into this ` day of <br />19__ _, by and between the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT <br />01' CRANSPORTATION, hereinafter called Department, and Indian River <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, hereinafter called County. <br />W I T N E S S E T It: <br />WHEREAS, the Department is preparing to undertake a Project within <br />tl:e Co,mty identified and known to the parties as Project No. SOS -0004(34) , <br />which Alf be of benefit to the County, and <br />WHEREAS, approval of federal aid necessary to the Project requires <br />a1;rcemLnf by the County to maintain the Project. <br />NOW, TIIF.REFORE, in consideration of the premises, the parties agree: <br />1. The Department will undertake the Project and obtain approval <br />for fe.:eral participation. <br />2.
