WORK ORDER NUMBER 8 <br />PROJECT NAME: HCP Sea Turtle Monitoring 2023 — North and South County <br />This Work Order Number 8 is entered into as of this 21 st day of February , 2023 <br />pursuant to that certain Continuing Contract Agreement for Environmental and Biological Support <br />Service, dated October 10`h, 2017, renewed on October 15, 2019 and renewed a second time on <br />October 5, 2021 for an additional 2 years, referred to as the ("Agreement"), by and between INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("COUNTY") and Ecological Associates, Inc., <br />("Consultant"). <br />The COUNTY has selected the Consultant to perform the Environmental Biological Support <br />Services set forth on Exhibit A (Scope of Work), attached to this Work Order and made part hereof by <br />this reference. The Environmental and Biological Support Service will be performed by the Consultant at <br />a fixed rate not to exceed $118,770.70. The Consultant will perform the Environmental and Biological <br />Support Service within the timeframe more particularly set forth in Exhibit A, attached to this Work <br />Order and made a part hereof by this reference all in accordance with the terms and provision set forth <br />in the Agreement. Pursuant to paragraph 1.4 of the Agreement, nothing contained in any Work Order <br />shall conflict with the terms of the Agreement and the terms of the Agreement shall be deemed to be <br />incorporated in each individual Work Order as if fully set forth herein. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Work Order as of the date first <br />written above. <br />CONSULTANT: <br />Ecological Associates, Inc.
