RESOLUTION NO. 80-12 <br />WHEREAS, there is drainage and utility easement m each side of the <br />lot lines of Garden of Eden Subdivision, Block A, as filed in Plat Book 4, <br />Page 36, Indian River County, Florida, records, and <br />WHEREAS, the Trustees of the Friendship Baptist Church are owners of <br />Lots 4 through 10, Block A, Garden of Eden Subdivision, Plat Book 4, Page 36, <br />Indian River County, Florida, <br />WHEREAS, said property is proposed to have a church edifice constructed <br />on said lots, which said building will lie over said side lot line easements <br />on the parcel, and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida as follows: <br />1. The Board does hereby release all 5 foot side lot line easements <br />over Lots 5 through 10 and the south 5 foot easement on Lot 4, Block A, of <br />said Garden of Eden Subdivision, but it is specifically understood that the <br />side lot line easement on the North side lot line of Lot 4 will remain in full <br />force and effect, and in addition another 5 foot easement immediately south and <br />adjacent to said remaining easement, will be granted to Indian River County by <br />the Trustees acting for the Friendship Baptist Church. <br />2.
