RESOLUTION NO. 80-14 <br />WHEREAS, the Plannning and 'Zoning Department of Indian <br />River County has recommended to the Board of Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida that the number system within <br />SUMMERPLACE SUBDIVISION requires revisions to conform with a <br />uniform plan throughout Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, in an attempt <br />to avoid undue hardship to the residents within the SUNLMERPLACE <br />SUBDIVISION, designates January 1, 1981 as the date the <br />number changes will take effect. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That effective <br />January 1, 1981 number changes will become effective in the <br />SUMMERPLACE SUBDIVISION. In the interim period of time: <br />A. The Planning and Zoning Department is directed to <br />issue a notice to all existing residences in the SUMIMERPLACE <br />SUBDIVISION as to the action of. the Board. The notice shall <br />include the residence's current number and the new number that <br />will be in effect as of January 1, 1981. <br />B. Sixty (60) days prior to January 1, 1981, the Planning <br />and Zoning Department, by certified mail, is directed to send <br />a second notice to each of the residences within the SUMMERPLACE <br />SUBDIVISION, advising the owner according to the tax roll as to <br />the owner's new number and the effective date that the new number <br />will be used by the various governmental authorities. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That in the interim as new <br />residences are built within the SUMMERPLACE SUBDIVISION, the <br />Planning and Zoning Department will give the new residences <br />a number consistent with the present numbering system and <br />
