RESOLUTION NO. 80 -24 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Department of Indian River <br />County has recommended to the Board of Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that there is a street duplication number system within <br />VERO HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION and the road known as Lockwood Lane located <br />directly to the north; and <br />WHEREAS said duplication requires revisions to conform with a <br />uniform plan throughout Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, in an attempt to <br />avoid undue hardship or confusion to the residents within this area, <br />designates February 20, 1980 as the date the street designation change <br />will take effect. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that effective February 20, 1980, this <br />street number change will become effective in the extreme northern portion <br />of VERO HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Planning and Zoning Department is <br />directed to issue a notice to all existing residences in the VERO HIGHLANDS <br />SUBDIVISION located specifically on the northern most road now known as <br />17th Street S.W., which is hereby changed to 17th Lane S.W. as to the action <br />of the Board. <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the 20th day of <br />February, 1980. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By <br />illard Siebert, Jr. <br />1 Wlard.h rman <br />Attest: <br />Freda Wright, Clgpk <br />
