<br />have filed a Site Plan Application %. 80 -SP -.309C for the proposed Tndian
<br />River County Administration Building, located at 1340 - 25th Street, Vero
<br />Beach, Indian River County, Florida.
<br />i'VfiERF:A.S, the City of Vero Beach requests that 104 addiLi mal off-
<br />street parking spaces on County owned lands within Block 6, Booker T. Washing-
<br />Iton Addition Subdivision to be
<br />completed at least one year from the date the
<br />County receives an Occupancv Permit for use of the new County Administration
<br />Complex.
<br />WHUTAS, the City of Vero Beach rec7uests that the County be willing
<br />'f to eliminate all off-street parking when the ex.istinq floor area is fully
<br />used or when the floor area is oxrxindod , upon the condition that the City
<br />jjCbuncil find that the said elimination of all on -street parking is required
