J <br />0 44 <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS , <br />® OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />WHEREAS, RALPH W. SEXTON has submitted his resignation <br />from the Indian River County Planning and Zoning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, RALPH W. SEXTON has faithfully served the interests <br />-sof all of the citizens of Indian River County and diligently <br />performed his duties as a member of the Indian River County <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, taking into consideration all of <br />the facts and making objective decisions; and <br />WHEREAS, during RALPH W. SEXTON'S tenure on the Indian River <br />County Planning and Zoning Commission, both as a member and as <br />Chairman of said Commission, the population of Indian River County <br />has been greatly increased but because of the diligence of the �o <br />Commission our community has retained its unique qualities; and C� <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has previously <br />honored RALPH W. SEXTON, for his accomplishments as a member of <br />the Indian River County Planning and Zoning Commission on June 7, <br />01978; and <br />WHEREAS, in addition to the many accomplishments set forth jG <br />r c / <br />in the prior Resolution honoring RALPH W. SEXTON, RALPH W. SEXTON <br />r has also been instrumental in seeing other matters brought to a <br />successful conclusion, among them being: <br />Adoption of Emergency Flood Ordinance; <br />/ Rezoning of Wabasso Road; <br />v/ Rezoning of Oslo Road; and <br />C Amending the Site Plan Approval Section of Zoning , <br />Ordinance <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BV THL BOARD OF COUNTY <br />�COPlA1ISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That the Board <br />accepts RALPH W. SEXTON'S resignation from the Indian River County <br />Planning and Zoning Commission with regret and with heartfelt � <br />gratitude on behalf of itself and the citizens of Indian River <br />'County to RALPH W. SEXTON for his diligent service to the <br />j� community; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of County Com- <br />missioners of Indian River County, Florida, wishes RALPH W.
