RESOLUTION NO. 80-46 <br />WHEREAS, certain real property owned by the United States, <br />located in the County of INDIAN RIVER, State of FLORIDA, has been <br />declared surplus and at the discretion of the General Services <br />Administration, may be assigned to the Secretary of the Interior <br />for disposal for public park or recreation purposes, under the <br />provisions of Section 203(k)(2) of the Federal Property and <br />Administrative Services Act of 1949 (63 Stat. 387), as amended, <br />and rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, more <br />particulary described as follows: <br />1) <br />PARCEL 1: <br />AT1 that tract or parcel of land lying and being in <br />Government Lot 1, Section 20, Township 32 South, Range 40 East, <br />Tallahassee Meridian, Indian River County, Florida, and more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at a concrete monument which is on the South <br />line and 349.14 feet S 89° 45' 25" E of the Southwest corner of <br />said Section 20, and at a corner of a tract of land owned in fee <br />by the United States of America at Vdro Beach Tracking Annex; <br />Thence N 001 13' 15" E along the boundary of said United <br />States tract and subsequently along the boundary of a tract of <br />land conveyed to Indian River County, Florida, by the United <br />States of America by quitclaim deed dated 24 August 1970, a <br />distance of 1350.0 feet to a corner of said tracts and the <br />POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />Thence continue N 00° 13' 15" E along the boundary of said <br />United States tract 340 feet, more or less, to a point which is on <br />the mean high water line of the Atlantic Ocean, and at a corner <br />of said United States tract; <br />Thence Southeasterly along the meanders of said high water <br />line which is along the boundary of said United States tract 350 <br />feet, more or less, to a point on a line which bears S 89° 45' 25" <br />E from the point of beginning, at a corner of said United States tract <br />and at a corner of said Indian River County tact; <br />Thence N 891 45' 25" W along the boundary of said United <br />States tract which is along the boundary of said Indian River <br />County tract 90 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. <br />Containing 0.33 of an acre, more or less, and being a <br />portion of Tract "A" of Vero Beach Tracking Annex. <br />PARCEL 2: <br />All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Govern- <br />ment Lot 1, Section 20, Township 32 South, Range 40 East, <br />Tallahassee Meridian, Indian River County, Florida, and more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a concrete monument which is on the South <br />line and 349.14 feet S 890 45'25" E of the Southwest corner of <br />said Section 20 and at a corner of a tract of land owned in fee <br />by the United States of America at Vero Beach Tracking Annex; <br />
