RESOLUTION NO. 80-50 <br />WHEREAS, on February 27, 1967, HELEN HANSON conveyed to <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY all of Block 29, Townsite of Roseland, as <br />•,M per Plat Book 1, page 43, St. Lucie County Public Records; said <br />lands now lying and being in Indian River County; and <br />®'M WHEREAS, since 1967 the residents of Roseland and North <br />Indian River County have used the above described property for <br />66 M recreational purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseland Property Owners Association, Inc. <br />and the Roseland Volunteer Fire Department have requested that <br />the property be dedicated in the name of HELEN HANSON and used <br />in the future for park purposes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />C014MISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property <br />described as: <br />All of Block. 29, Townsite of Roseland, as per Plat <br />Book 1, page 43, St. Lucie County Public Records; <br />said land now lying and being in Indian River County <br />is hereby dedicated and shall be named the "HELEN HANSON PARK" <br />with the use of the property restricted to those uses as set <br />out in the Warranty Deed recorded in Official Record Book 250, <br />page 226 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida <br />as above referred. <br />Said Resolution shall become effective as of the <br />day of 6 , 1980. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />IIy <br />Wil and Sieb rt,Jr., airman <br />Attest: <br />Freda /Wrig t; C c <br />
