RESOLUTION NO. 80-56 <br />44DA RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A FLORIDA RECREATION <br />DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAMGRANT AND THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, DIVISION OF RECREATION <br />AND PARKS, REGARDING THE DEVELOPMENT OF WABASSO BEACH PARK,. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />O® <br />County, Florida, that. the County accepts the Florida Recreation Development <br />Assistance Program grant from the Florida Department of Natural Resources, <br />Division of Recreation and Parks, in the amount of $42,500.00 and authorizes <br />the County Administrator to execute all appropriate documents and serve as <br />representative for the Board of County Commissioners in the acceptance and <br />administration of the grant. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution become effective immediately. <br />upon adoption. <br />ADOPTED this 4th day of June, 1960 with the members of the County <br />Commission voting as follows: <br />Yes <br />No <br />INDIAN RI R COUNTY B ARDF UNT COMMISSIONERS <br />BY <br />W.
