RESOLUTION NO. 8o-67 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County owns certain property near <br />Oslo Road upon which the Indian River County School Board desires <br />to construct a public school; and <br />WHEREAS, the Indian River County School Board has agreed <br />to pay seventy --five percent (75%) of all costs associated w-'th <br />construction of necessary drainage and transportation road system <br />to the site according to a plan to be prepared by Indian River <br />County; and <br />WIiEREAS, The School Board's contribution shall be considered <br />a land acquisition cost by the two governmental entities; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That, conditioned <br />upon the School Board and the County agreeing on a transportation <br />road system and drainage plan prepared by Indian River County, <br />Indian River County agrees to convey property described as: <br />Tract 7, Unit 2, OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION, Section 26, <br />Township 33 South, Range 39 East, according to <br />Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page 13, of <br />the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida; <br />containing 14.92 acres more or less. <br />to the Indian River County School Board, with the School Board <br />paying to the County seventy-five percent (75%) of all transportation <br />road system and drainage costs. <br />***************** <br />Said Resolution shall become effective on the 9th <br />day of July , 1980. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />BY <br />Willard WS ei bert, Jr'., C airman <br />Attest: <br />Freda ..rzg: t, <br />
