RESOLUTION NO. 80-105 <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, on behalf of the Laurelwood Street Lighting <br />District, held a public hearing on the 7th day of October, 19X®; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Laurelwood Street Lighting District was es- <br />tablished pursuant to Indian River County Ordinance 76-8; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board at the public hearing, after proper notice <br />and explanations of the millage and the reasons for the rate as <br />established and after public questionings and input, desires to <br />establish millage for the upcoming fiscal year 1980-81; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM- <br />MISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board hereby <br />sets the millage rate for said District at 0.51422 mills. <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the 7th day <br />Of October, 1980. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By <br />Wi ar .
