RESOLUTION NO. 80 - 111 <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING AUDIT FUNDS <br />FROM THE STATE OF FLORIDA <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Florida Statutes 79.589 and <br />11.45, Indian River County has hired an auditing firm to <br />prepare the required audit for the annual audit year 1978-79, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, has received a bill from the <br />auditing joint venture, which shall be paid by the State of <br />Florida through funds available, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that <br />the Financing Officer is authorized and directed to forward <br />to the appropriate state agency of the State of Florida an <br />audit statement in the amount of $62,850.00 to be paid by the <br />State of Florida, pursuant to the above cited statutes. <br />* * * * * * * * * * <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the <br />8th day of October , 1980. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By <br />Wil a d WSiebert, Jr. <br />Chairman <br />%*V *9W <br />Freda Wright; Cl U <br />
