RESOLUTION NO. 80-113 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF CObi<HISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY AND DESIGNATION OF <br />THE FIRST CHAIRMAN <br />WHEREAS, the Honorable BOB GRAIiAM, Governor of the State <br />Of Florida, has appointed JOSEPH B. EGAN, III, TIMOTHY BRADLEY, <br />DAPHNE STRICKLAND, CHARLES BLOCK and GODFREY GIPSON as Commissioners <br />Of the Indian River County Housing Authority and has designated <br />JOSEPH B. EGAN, III as first Chairman. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the County Commission of <br />the County of Indian River, Florida that the appointment of JOSEPH <br />B.
