OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />WHEREAS; PAUL X PARENT was appointed by the Board of County <br />mmissioners of Indian River County, Florida, to serve as a member <br />the Indian River County Planning and Zoning Commission for <br />strict 5 on November 15, 1978; and <br />WHEREAS, PAUL X. PARENT has worked diligently to serve the c <br />people of Indian River County, Florida, during his tenure in office; <br />and c <br />WHEREAS, PAUL X. PARENT has been instrumental in the adoption <br />of legislation which has contributed to the orderly growth and <br />development of Indian River County, among them being! <br />Adoption of Site Plan Approval Ordinance and the Amendment <br />to Include Minor Site Plan Approval <br />Rezoning of State Road 510 and 512 <br />Rezoning of Oslo Road <br />Adoption of Indian River County Energy Efficiency Building <br />Code <br />Adoption of the Standard Building Code, 1979 Edition <br />and <br />WHEREAS, PAUL X. PARENT has served the citizens of Indian <br />River County with understanding, lending his expertise where needed <br />and, through his efforts has helped make Indian River County a <br />better place in which to live; and <br />WHEREAS, PAUL X. PARENT has announced his resignation from <br />the Indian River County Planning and Zoning Commission to be <br />effective November 18, 1980; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM- <br />MISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board on <br />behalf of itself and the citizens of Indian River County, expresses <br />its gratitude and appreciation to PAUL X. PARENT for a job well <br />done; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board wishes PAUL X.
