0 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80 - 115 <br />WHEREAS, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, is in the process of improving Wabasso <br />Beach Park, and <br />WHEREAS, Vice Chairman Alma Lee Loy has been directly <br />responsible for many of the improvements that are being con- <br />structed at the park, and <br />WHEREAS, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, on behalf <br />of the citizens of Indian River County, desires to honor Vice <br />Chairman Alma Lee Loy for her contributions in developing such <br />a fine ocean front park and her continuing efforts to provide <br />beach front property for the citizens of Indian River County, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board, <br />on behalf of itself and all the residents and visitors of <br />Indian River County, hereby authorizes and directs that a <br />dedication be made upon the Wabasso Beach sign honoring Alma <br />Lee Loy for the many contributions she has made to the Wabasso <br />Beach Park, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such necessary funds to <br />accomplish the above stated dedication are hereby authorized. <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the <br />8th day of October , 1980. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By <br />Willard/W_.
