Davis, P.E. <br />Public Works Director - <br />FROM: Tent' B. Thompson, P. <br />Capital Projects Manager <br />SUBJECT: Donald MacDonald Park - Florida <br />Recreation Development Assistance Program <br />Grant Amendment (FRDAP) <br />DATE: March 11, 1996 <br />The Board of County Commissioners accepted a FRDAP grant for construction of <br />a boardwalk, pavilion and parking area 'at Donald MacDonald Park on June 21, <br />1994. The grant required completion of construction by April 1, 1996. Due to <br />delays in obtaining permits, staff requested a one (1) year time extension. <br />Attached is an amendment to the FRDAP Agreement that extends the construction <br />completion date to April 1, 1997. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends that the Board authorize the Chairman to execute the <br />Amendment.
