BARTON, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT <br />Berger/Harris/Toombs/Elam & McAlpin, Certified Public Accountants, have completed the 1995 <br />annual audit. P. Ross Cotherman, II, CPA, would like to present to the Board the results of the <br />annual audit. Please provide the opportunity for Mr. Cotherman at the March 19, 1996 Board <br />meeting to present his findings. <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court Jeff Barton introduced Bob Harris <br />and Ross Cotherman, partners with Berger/Harris/Toombs/Elam & <br />McAlpin, C.P.A. He wished to thank staff for their preparation of <br />the report and Berger/Harris, who did an excellent job on the audit <br />ahead of schedule. <br />Bob Harris briefly explained the four sections of the <br />Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. The report contains 26 <br />reports and 267 pages.
