Capital Improvements Element Table 13.24 <br />TRAFFIC CIRCULATION ELEMENT <br />POLICY 1.5: The county hereby adopts the 2010 Major Roadway <br />Improvements schedule incorporated in this element (Ref.: Table <br />4.7.4). The improvements shown in the 2010 Major Roadway <br />Improvements table are those that are included in the 1996-2010 <br />years of the Indian River County MPO's adopted 2020 Long Range <br />Transportation Plan. Where conflicts arise.between the 2010 Major <br />Roadway Improvements table and other tables in this element, the <br />2010 Major Roadway Improvements table will prevail. <br />OBJECTIVE 2 ADEQUATE TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM <br />The county traffic circulation system will operate at or above the <br />minimum service levels specified in Policy 1.1, and traffic system <br />improvements (identified in Tables 4.7.1, 4.7.2, 4.7.3, and 4.7.4) <br />needed to ensure operation of roadways at or above the adopted <br />level of service standard will be provided. <br />84 <br />March 19, 1996 <br />
