RESOLUTION NO. 80-126 <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />on November 18, 1980, did select, nominate and unanimously elect as their Chairman, <br />Patrick B. Lyons, and did select, nominate and elect as their Vice Chairman, <br />William C. Wodtke, Jr., and <br />WHEREAS, Freda Wright was elected Clerk of Circuit Court of Indian River <br />County effective January 4, 1977, AND is also the Clerk of the Board of County <br />Commissioners as provided by Florida Statute 125.16: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners do <br />hereby designate the following banking institutions as official depositories: <br />(1) First Citrus Bank of Indian River County <br />(2) Florida First National Bank of Vero Beach <br />(3) Commercial Bank of Vero Beach <br />(4) Beach Bank of Vero Beach <br />(5) Southeast Bank of Sebastian <br />(6) Indian River Federal Savings and Loan Association <br />(7) Security Federal Savings and Loan Association of Indian River County <br />(8) First Federal Savings and Loan Association of St. Lucie County <br />(9) Southern Federal Savings and Loan Association of Broward County <br />(10) Home Federal Savings and Loan Association <br />(11) Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association of St. Lucie County <br />(12) Vero Beach National Bank <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that each designated depository of the Commission be, <br />and it is hereby requested. authorized, and directed to honor check warrants or <br />other orders for the payment of money drawn in the Commission's name, including <br />those payable to the individual order of any person or persons whose name or names <br />appear thereon, when bearing the signature of the Clerk, Freda Wright, and one <br />signature of either the Chairman or the Vice Chairman. Of the two signatures, one <br />must be an actual signature and one may be a facsimile signature.
