RESOLUTION NO. 81-4 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that pursuant to Florida Statutes <br />196.28, the following described property was purchased by Indian <br />River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida: <br />All of Tract 9 less the East 15 acres thereof <br />and the West 10 acres of Tract 16 and the North <br />5 acres of the East 8.48 acres of the West 18.48 <br />acres of Tract 1.5, all in Section 23, township <br />33 South, Range 39 East, according to the last <br />general plat of lands of Indian River Farms <br />Company as recorded in the office of the Clerk <br />of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, <br />and recorded in Plat Book 2, page 25, now being <br />located in Indian River County, Florida, less and <br />excepting all rights of way for Oslo Road and <br />drainage canals. <br />said purchase having been made for valid public purpose.
