RESOLUTION NO. 81- 11 <br />A RESOLUTION DEDICATING THE WABASSO BEACH PARK <br />PROPERTY AS A PUBLIC PARK TO BE MAINTAINED IN PERPETUITY <br />AS A PUBLIC RECREATION AREA. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County and the Department of <br />Natural Resources of the State of Florida executed a Development <br />Agreement on July 1, 1980, pursuant to the Florida Recreation <br />Development Assistance Program; and <br />WHEREAS, the County by the execution of the Development <br />Agreement agreed to dedicate to the public in perpetuity as a <br />recreation area available to the general public for recreational <br />purposes only the land described in Exhibit A, said land commonly <br />being referred to as the Wabasso Beach Park property; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Wabasso <br />Beach Park property, more particularly described in Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto, is hereby dedicated to the public in perpetuity <br />as a recreation area available to the general blic r___ <br />- puuy�� ��L recrea- <br />tional purposes only. <br />Attest: <br />Freda Wright <br />Clerk of Circuit Court <br />Adopted 2-25-81 <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />�a rick B.on _ <br />Chairman <br />
