RESOLUTION NO. 81-26 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, have been requested to release those common side lot easements <br />lying between lots 8 and 9, Block 8, ROSELAND GARDENS, a subdivision <br />as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 25, Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were privately dedicated on the <br />Plat f ROSELAND PADDENS for Utility ^v. t JLLn l unn L YJ i yr u L.1 i t.y pUrp�Ses I and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easement has been <br />submitted in proper form; <br />WHEREAS, there exists both public and private rights associated <br />with the easements <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the public rights on the follow- <br />ing common lot line easements in ROSELAND GARDENS, shall be released, <br />abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />Thosc co on Side lot easements iyifig between lots 8 and `9, <br />Block 8, ROSELAND GARDENS, a subdivision as recorded in Plat <br />Book 8, page 25, Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of County <br />Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and they hereby are <br />authorized and directed to execute a release of the public interest of <br />said lot line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper for <br />recording and placing in the Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />This 6th day of May , 1981. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />By: Patrick B.
