RESOLUTION NO. 81-39 <br />WHEREAS, the FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION and INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, contemplate entering into a joint project agreement regarding <br />Budget Item Number 425352, Project Number 88508-2601, State Road Storm <br />Grove Road from West of Lateral A/505 to East of SR 5/U.S.NI in the COUNTY <br />OF INDIAN RIVER: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, which was duly established by Special <br />Act of the Florida Statutes adopted on the 30th of June , 1925, THAT <br />THE BOARD HEREBY approves and authorizes its CHAIRMAN, PATRICK B.
