RESOLUTION NO. 81-40 <br />WHEREAS, the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD has requested <br />that that part of Sixteenth Street between Sixteenth Avenue and <br />Twentieth Avenue be named and designated "FIGHTING INDIANS WAY"; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of. Indian River <br />County, Florida is always delighted to help promote school and <br />community spirit: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM- <br />MISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that that part of <br />Sixteenth Street between Sixteenth Avenue and Twentieth Avenue shall <br />hereafter be co -designated as: <br />"SIXTEENTH STREET and FIGHTING INDIANS WAY" <br />and that the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD is authorized to <br />construct, repair and replace such signs as the SCHOOL BOARD deems <br />productive to promote both school and community spirit within the <br />designated Street above described. <br />***************** <br />Said Resolution shall become effective as of the 17th <br />day of June , 1981. <br />13OARn OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN R COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By <br />Patrick B.
