RESOLUTION NO. 81-43 <br />WHEREAS, the DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION of the Stat; of <br />Florida requests the County Administrator's authority within <br />Indian River County to sign certain right-of-way permits, and <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY finds it necessary and in the public interest for the <br />County Administrator to sign necessary permits for the DEPART- <br />MENT OF TRANSPORTATION without further authority, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the County <br />Administrator is authorized to sign permits with the DEPARTMENT <br />OF TRANSPORTATION pertaining to use of right-of-way, instAllation <br />of culverts, running of water lines or sewer lines; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Administrator shall <br />sign such permits without further authority of the Board, it <br />being the intent of the Board of County Commissioners that routine <br />permits be handled and executed by the County Administrator. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />B <br />Attest: <br />FredarW ght <br />Clerk of Circuit Court <br />Adopted: June 17, 1981 <br />
