RESOLUTION N0. 81-43___. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, have been requested to release those common side lot easements <br />lying between Lots 23 and 24, Block B, Oslo Clark, Units, according to the <br />Plat of same recorded in Plat Book 45, page 306, of the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida; and <br />WHL-REAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the Plat of Oslo <br />Park for public utility purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easement has been submitted <br />in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE If RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVLR COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the public rights on the following <br />common lot line easements in Oslo Park, shall be released, abandoned and <br />vacated as follows: <br />Those common side lot easements lying between lots 23 and 24, Block B, <br />Oslo Park, Unit #3, a subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 4, page <br />19 , Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE Chairman of the Board of County <br />Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and they hereby are <br />authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot line easements here- <br />inabove referred to in form proper for recording and placing..in the Public Records <br />of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This 5th_ day of Aug_ 1981. <br />Attest: <br />Freda Wry.
