RESOLUTION NO. 81 - 49 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of. Indian River <br />County, Florida, have been requested to release the seeding <br />maintenance bond posted by Kings Lake Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineering Division has inspected the site <br />and has determined that germination has occurred; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the seeding <br />maintenance bond posted on behalf of Kings Lake Subdivision be <br />released to the developer, Mr. Mac Champsee. <br />DATED this 5th day of August, 1981. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By /hairman <br />' <br />ck B .
