RESOLUTION NO. 81- 65 <br />WHEREAS, Florida Statutes 200.065 (2)(a) 4.(c) requires <br />a governmental body to hold public hearings on the tentative <br />budget and proposed millage no earlier than sixty (60) days <br />from certification by the Property Appraiser; and <br />WHEREAS, the Property Appraiser's certification was <br />received on the 28th day of August, 1981; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />Coynty, Florida, is unable to adopt a tentative budget prior <br />to the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1981; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners determines it <br />is necessary to readopt its prior year's adopted final budget, <br />as amended, pursuant to Florida Statutes 200.065 (2)(g) 2. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM- <br />MISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board <br />readopts its prior year's adopted final budget, as amended, and <br />is authorized to expend monies based on that budget until such <br />time as its tentative budget is adopted, pursuant to paragraph <br />(2)(c), commencing October 1, 1981. <br />************************* <br />Said Resolution shall become effective as of the lith <br />day of Sept -Pmt, 1981. <br />BOARD OUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDI R ER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By <br />rick B.
