RESOLUTION NO. 81-66 <br />LAURELWOOD STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT <br />RESOLUTION FOR 1981-1982 <br />WHEREAS, Florida Statutes 200.065(2)(a) 4.(c) requires <br />a governmental body to hold public hearings on the tentative <br />budget and proposed millage no earlier than si`f-y (tie) days <br />from certification by the Property Appraiser; and <br />WHEREAS, the Property Appraiser's certification was received <br />on the 28th day of August, 1981; and <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, on behalf of the LAURELWOOD STREET LIGHTING <br />DISTRICT, is unable to adopt a tentative budget prior to the <br />fiscal year beginning October 1, 1981; and <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, on behalf of the LAURELWOOD STREET LIGHTING <br />DISTRICT, determines it is necessary to readopt its prior <br />year's budget, as amended, pursuant to Florida Statutes <br />200.065 (2)(g) 4.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM- <br />MISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the 1980-1981 <br />budget, as amended, is hereby readopted for the LAURELWOOD STREET <br />LIGHTING DISTRICT for the year 1981-82, until such time as its <br />tentative budget is adopted, pursuant to paragraph (2)(c), <br />commencing October 1, 1981. <br />Said Resolution shall become effective as of the lath <br />day of September , 1981. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN ER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />= BY <br />is B. n airman <br />Attests.~ <br />Freda Wright, Cler <br />
