RESOLUTION NO. 81-67 <br />WHEREAS, Florida Statutes 200.065(2)(x) 4.(c) requires a <br />governmental body to hold public hearings on the tentative <br />budget and proposed millage no earlier than sixty (60) days <br />from the certification by the Property Appraiser; and <br />WHEREAS, the Property Appraiser's certification was received <br />on the 28th day of August, 1981; and <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY,FLORIDA, on behalf of the SOUTH BEACH MUNICIPAL SERVICE <br />WATER UNIT, is unable to adopt a tentative budget prior to the <br />fiscal year beginning October 1, 1981; and <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, on behalf of the SOUTH BEACH MUNICIPAL SERVICE <br />WATER UNIT, determines it is necessary to readopt its prior year's <br />budget, as amended, pursuant to Florida Statutes 200.065(2)(g) 2.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM- <br />MISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the 1980-1981 <br />budget, as amended, is hereby readopted for the SOUTH BEACH <br />MUNICIPAL SERVICE WATER UNIT for the year 1981-82, until such <br />time as its tentative budget is adopted, pursuant to paragraph <br />(2)(c), commencing October. 1, 1981. <br />*********** <br />Said Resolution shall become effective as of the 17th <br />day of September , 1987, <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAti,�IVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />/PYtrick B. <br />Attest:, <br />Freda Wright, Cle <br />
