RESOLU`CION NO. 81-68 <br />WHEREAS, Florida Statutes 200.065 (2)(a) 4.(c) requires <br />a governmental body to hold public hearings on the tentative <br />budget and proposed millage no earlier than sixty (60) days <br />from certification by the Property Appraiser; and <br />WHEREAS, the Property Appraiser's certification was received <br />on the 28th day of August, 1981; and <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, on behalf of the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY MULTIPURPOSE <br />MUNICIPAL SERVICE UNIT, is unable to adopt a tentative budget <br />prior to the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1981; and <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, on behalf of. the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY MULTIPURPOSE <br />MUNICIPAL SERVICE UNIT, determines it is necessary to readont <br />its prior year's budget, as amended, pursuant to Florida <br />Statutes 200.065 (2)(g) 4.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM- <br />MISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the 1980-81 <br />budget, as amended, is hereby readopted for the INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY MULTIPURPOSE MUNICIPAL SERVICE UNIT for the year <br />1981-82, until such time as its tentative budget is adopted, <br />pursuant to paragraph (2)(c), commencing October 1, 1981. <br />************* <br />Said Resolution shall become effective as of the 17th <br />day of September , 1981. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIA'iLVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By <br />UA Atrik;B�L—yonChirmanP, <br />Attest:';• <br />Frieda Wri-clht; C1 er71A <br />
