RESOLUTION NO. 81-86 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, have been requested to release the north 5 ft. <br />easement of Lot 2, the south 5 ft. easement of Lot 3, the north <br />5 ft: easement of Iot 3, and the south 5 ft. easement of Lot 4, <br />Block 4, ROSELAND GARDENS according to the Plat of same recorded <br />in Plat Book 8, Page 25, of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the <br />Plat of ROSELAND GARDENS for public utility purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easement has <br />been submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following <br />lot line easements in ROSELAND GARDENS, shall be released, <br />abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />The north 5 ft. easement of Lot 2, the south 5 ft. <br />easement of Lot 3, the north 5 ft. easement of Lot <br />3, and the south 5 ft. easement of Lot 4, Block 4, <br />Roseland Gardens according to the Plat of the same <br />filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of Indian River County, Florida, in Plat Book <br />8, at Page 25. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board <br />of County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be <br />and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute a release <br />of said lot line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper <br />for recording and placing in the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />This list day of October , 1981. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIA14 RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By: / r ��! <br />,tea r i c y�C irman ' <br />Attest: ('-/ <br />
