RESOLUTION NO. 81-96 <br />LAURELWOOD STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT <br />RESOLUTION FOR 1981-1982 <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, on behalf of the LAURELWOOD STREET LIGHTING <br />DISTRICT, has held a public hearing on November 4, 1981, for the <br />purpose of adopting a budget for the District for the fiscal year <br />1981-82; and <br />WHEREAS, the Property Appraiser has provided the evaluations <br />of the non-exempt property in said District; and <br />WHEREAS, said hearing was noticed by publication and the needs <br />of the District discussed in open forum; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM- <br />MISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following <br />budget is hereby adopted for the LAURELWOOD STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT <br />for the fiscal year 1981-82: <br />1. ESTIMATED RECEIPTS & BALANCES: <br />Ad Valorem Taxes $3,646.00 <br />Interest Income 25.00 <br />LESS: 5% (216.00) <br />Contributions 650.00 <br />Cash Carry Forward <br />October 1, 1981 920.000 <br />TOTAL ESTIMATED RECEIPTS & BALANCES $5,025.00 <br />2.
