40 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81103 <br />OF <br />GEORGE G. COLLINS, JR. <br />WHEREAS, on December 18, 1974, Indian River County's former <br />legal advisor became ill and GEORGE G. COLLINS, JR. began advising <br />the Board of County Commissioners on all legal matters; and <br />® WHEREAS, GEORGE G. COLLINS, JR. was appointed County <br />Attorney on February 4, 1976, and has served the Board of County <br />09 Commissioners and the citizenry of Indian River County, in an <br />exemplary manner to date; and <br />WHEREAS, during the tenure of his office, GEORGE G. COLLINS, <br />JR. has given of his time and knowledge, his dedication, his <br />allegiance and loyalty in a manner far above and beyond that <br />called for by public servants; and <br />WHEREAS, as County Attorney he has guided Indian River <br />County through a maze of legal intricacies that has grown in <br />complexity over the years; and <br />WHEREAS, GEORGE G. COLLINS, JR. has contributed to the <br />development of the community to the benefit of all of its citizens <br />in such a manner that his efforts will forever be a part of Indian <br />River County; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, sitting in Regular <br />Session this 16th day of December, 1981, that the Board commend <br />GEORGE G. COLLINS, JR. for his excellent_ service to the County for <br />the past seven years; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board express and extend to <br />GEORGE G.
