RESOLUTION NO. 82-3 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF <br />® A LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY AND '11113, INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY MODELERS CHARTER #1826 <br />®e WHEREAS, the Indian River County Modelers Club is a duly organized charter <br />Club and a Member of the Academy of Model Aeronautics, and <br />WHEREAS, the Club is in need of an area to fly remote control model aircraft <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County is the owner of a suitable site for such use <br />by the Club,and <br />WHEREAS, the attached agreement grants to the Club a license to use a County <br />owned tract of land and further provides for the Club to provide adequate supervision <br />and hold the County harmless from any and all liability arising from the use of <br />the subject property. <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County that; <br />The Chairman and the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners are authorized <br />to execute the attached license agreement in duplicate. <br />The aforegoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner Fletcher who moved <br />its adoption.
