RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
<br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, VACATING A
<br />PORTION OF THE PLAT OF BENT PINE SUBDIVISION,
<br />UNITS 3 AND 4.
<br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-29
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, have been requested to vacate the existing plat of
<br />Lots 4 through 14 of Bent Pine Subdivision, Unit 3, as recorded in
<br />Plat Book 10, Page 80A, and Lots 6 through 21 of Bent Pine Subdivision,
<br />Unit 4, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 80B, Public Records of Indian
<br />River County, Florida. And also parcels 14, 15, 17, and 18 as recorded
<br />in official Record Book 633, Pages 367, 368, 369, 370, 371, and 372,
<br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, and;
<br />WHEREAS, this Board determines that the petitioners have com-
<br />plied with Florida Statute Chapter 177 by publishing a public notice of
<br />their intent to apply for a vacation of said portion of said plat of
<br />Bent Pine Subdivision. The Board further determines that the persons
<br />making the application for said vacation are the owners in fee simple
<br />to the above described property and that of convenient access of
<br />persons owning other parcels within the boundaries of Bent Pine plat.
<br />This Board further determines that the above described property is not
<br />located within the limits of any incorporated municipality; and
<br />WHEREAS, the request for such vacation of plat has been sub-
<br />mitted in proper form;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
<br />MISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described
<br />portions of the plat of Bent Pine Subdivision, Unit 3 and Unit 4 are
<br />vacated:
<br />Lots 4 through 14 of Bent Pine Subdivision, Unit 3, as
<br />recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 80A, and Lots 6 through 21
<br />of Bent Pine Subdivision, Unit 4, as recorded in Plat Book
<br />10, Page 80B, Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />And also parcels 14, 15, 17, and 18 as recorded in official
<br />Record Book 633, Pages 367, 368, 369, 370, 371, and 372,
<br />Public Records of Indain River County, Florida.
<br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner
<br />T_ yQ n$_ , who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by
<br />Commissioner Wodtke and upon being put to a vote,
<br />the vote was as follows:
