IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Board of County Commissioners of <br />40 = Indian River County, Florida, has caused this franchise to be <br />executed in the name of the County of Indian River by the Chairman <br />• = of the Board of County Commissioners, and its seal to be affixed <br />and attested by its clerk, all pursuant to the resolution of the <br />Board of Countv Commissioners adopted on the 19th day of May , <br />1982. <br />i- The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Bird who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Lyons and, upon being put to a vote, <br />the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice -Chairman A. Grover Fletcher Naye <br />Commissioner Patrick B. Lyons Aye <br />Commissioner William C.
