RESOLUTION NO. 82-55 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />® OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING A <br />REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMMISSION TO SERVE ON THE <br />CIRCUIT CONFLICT COMMITTEE. <br />® WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County has been informed by ELTON H. SCHWARZ, Public <br />Defender, Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, that the <br />Legislature of the State of Florida for fiscal year 1982-83 has <br />appropriated certain funds to the Office of the Public Defender to <br />help assist toward compensation of court appointed attorneys in <br />conflict cases, and <br />WHEREAS, a Circuit Conflict Committee has been estab- <br />lished to assist in the handling and compensation of such court <br />appointed attorneys. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that GARY M. <br />BRANDENBURG, County Attorney, or his designee are hereby appointed <br />as the representative of the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County on the Circuit Conflict Committee. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Dick Bird who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner William C. Wodtke, Jr. and, upon being put to a vote, <br />the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. - Aye <br />Vice -Chairman A. Grover Fletcher - Nay <br />Commissioner Patrick B. Lyons - Aye <br />Commissioner William C.
