RESOLUTION NO. 82-56 <br />®M WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, have been requested to release the common side lot <br />®"'= line easements of Lots 17 & 18 amd Lots 18 & 19 on Block F, Unit 3, <br />of Oslo Park Subdivision, according to the Plat of same recorded in <br />Plat Book 4, Page 19, of the Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida; and <br />• �� WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the Plat <br />of Oslo Park Subdivision for public utility purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easement has been <br />submitted in proper form; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following <br />lot line easements in Olso Park Subdivision shall be released, <br />abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />Those common side lot 5 foot easements of Lots 17 & 18 <br />and Lots 18 & 19 on Block F. Unit 3 of Oslo Park Subdivision, <br />according to the Plat of the same filed in the Office of <br />the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, <br />Florida, in Plat Book 4, Page 19. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of <br />County Commissioner and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and they <br />hereby are authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot <br />line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper for recording <br />and placing in the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This 16th day of June , 1982• <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVERR.
