The certification shall include submission <br />to the County of two (2) sets of "As -Built" drawings, consisting <br />of one (1) set of reproducible vellums and one (1) set of regular <br />blue line prints; and that the systems meet all of the standards <br />required by the County, including pressure and leakage tests and <br />chlorination and bacteriological tests for the water distribution <br />system. Upon receipt of certification from the engineer the <br />County will issue a letter acknowledging the construction of the <br />water system. No service is to be provided to customers until, <br />such time as the County issues a letter of acknowledgment. The <br />issuance of said letter shall not be unreasonably withheld. Copies <br />of Monthly Operating Reports required to be filed with the Florida <br />Department of Environmental Regulation shall be furnished to <br />County. <br />All of the facilities of the Corporation shall be constructed <br />in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the <br />Department of Environmental Regulation of the State of Florida and <br />the quantity and quality of water delivered and sold shall at all <br />times be and remain not inferior to the quality standards for <br />public water supply and other rules, regulations and standards now <br />or hereafter adopted by the Department of Environmental Regulation <br />of the State of Florida. The Corporation shall maintain <br />sufficient water pressure and mains of sufficient size with fire <br />hydrants and other facilities necessary in the water distribution <br />system to furnish fire protection at any and all areas within the <br />territory receiving service from the Corporation. Said fire flow <br />standards shall be a minimum of 550 gallons per minute for four <br />hours for residential units of two (2) or less floors and <br />1100 gallons per minute for four hours for any commercial building <br />and residential units of three (3) or more floors. The <br />Corporation shall also supply all water to consumers <br />through individual meters which shall accurately measure the <br />amount of water supplied. The Corp^,=tivn shall at any time, <br />when requested by a consumer, make a test of the <br />accuracy of any meter; prior, however, to any test being made by <br />01 <br />
